- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition, with all packaging and certificates included.
- Custom, engraved, or bespoke items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- Procedure for Returns:
- Please contact us to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. (UK Customers only)
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Returns must be sent via a tracked and insured service to ensure safe delivery.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or is found to have a defect, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair,or refund.
- After 30 Days:
- For items returned after 30 days, Compass Rose may offer a repair or replacement at its discretion.
- Personalized Items:
- Items that have been personalized, including engravings or ring resizing, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Earrings:
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or refund unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
- Bespoke Orders:
- Bespoke orders are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
- Warranty Period:
- Items covered under the warranty period that have sustained damage or loss of small diamonds may be repaired or remade.
